MilonApp hesabını ve Supabase'de tutulan bu hesaba bağlı profil verilerini kalıcı olarak silmek için aşağıdaki iki yoldan birini kullanabilirsin. Hesap ve profil verilerinin silinmesi geri alınamaz.
Yöntem 1: Uygulama içinden sil (önerilen)
- MilonApp'i aç ve profil/ayarlar menüsünü aç.
- Ayarlar sekmesinde Hesap bölümüne git.
- "Hesabı sil" butonuna dokun.
- Açılan uyarıyı oku, onay kutusunu işaretle ve "Hesabı kalıcı olarak sil" ile onayla.
Onayladığında hesabın, oturum bilgilerin ve Supabase'de tutulan profil bilgilerin sunucularımızdan silinir; cihazındaki yerel öğün, sohbet, adım ve supplement kayıtları da aynı akışta temizlenir. Bu işlem anında gerçekleşir ve geri alınamaz.
Yöntem 2: E-posta ile talep et
Uygulamaya erişimin yoksa (örn. cihazını kaybettiysen), hesabınla ilişkili e-posta adresinden aşağıdaki adrese "Hesap Silme Talebi" konusuyla yazabilirsin:
Kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra talebini en geç 30 gün içinde işleme alır ve hesabını sileriz.
Ne silinir?
- Hesap kimliği ve oturum bilgin (Supabase Auth kaydı).
- Supabase'de tutulan profil bilgilerin (yaş, boy, kilo ve hedefler).
Öğün, sohbet, adım ve supplement kayıtların cihazının yerel depolamasında tutulur. Bu veriler uygulama içi silme akışında hemen temizlenir; uygulamayı kaldırdığında ise işletim sistemi tarafından silinir.

MilonApp Account Deletion
To permanently delete your MilonApp account and profile data stored in Supabase, use one of the two methods below. Deleting the account and profile data cannot be undone.
Method 1: Delete in the app (recommended)
- Open MilonApp and open the profile/settings menu.
- In the Settings tab, go to the Account section.
- Tap the "Delete account" button.
- Read the warning, select the confirmation checkbox, and confirm with "Permanently delete account".
When you confirm, your account, sign-in information, and profile information stored in Supabase are deleted from our servers; local meal, chat, step, and supplement records are cleared from your device in the same flow. This happens immediately and cannot be undone.
Method 2: Request deletion by email
If you do not have access to the app (for example, if you lost your device), email us from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request":
After verifying your identity, we will process your request and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted?
- Your account ID and sign-in information (Supabase Auth record).
- Your profile information stored in Supabase (age, height, weight, and goals).
Your meal, chat, step, and supplement records are stored locally on your device. The in-app deletion flow removes them immediately; uninstalling the app removes them through the operating system.
